Since Troop 69 formed in October 1950, more than 40 scouts have attained Eagle, the highest rank in Scouting.
Swimming and Lifesaving merit badges, and 1st and 2nd class swimming merit requirements are available from ASM Chris Entwhistle, 359-6316. Call him to arrange pool time at Harper College.

Merit Badge Library
The troop's Merit Badge Library contains merit badge information; mostly books.
These books contain help, information, and requirements regarding the completion
of merit badges. Merit badges help you advance in rank and eventually reach the
rank of Eagle. To reach Eagle, you must complete Eagle-required merit badges and
several merit badges of your choice.
To check out a merit badge book, contact Jon C, the Troop Librarian. He also has a list of merit badge counselors for when it is time to meet with them so that you may get your badge.
