We stayed in the rain at a campground in Iowa. Then we took down camp and headed to the Nebraska’s air base. Then there was a second party that came on Saturday, they drove all the way in 10 hours. The camp’s dining hall had a cool system to clean the plates. You would stack the plates and put the silverware in all the cups. The hills were so huge we had to walk up a hill that was called cardiac hill every day. The camp had its own radio station. The way the camp worked was the classes were on Monday thru Thursday and Friday was a catch-up day. So we left on Saturday and spent the night at Mantigwa in Iowa.
